Make Time for Yourself | 4-Week Women's Virtual Walk ClubΒ
You've been meaning to make more time for yourself.
But somehow, there is always something else that feels more urgent.
Work.
Family.
Appointments.
Responsibilities.
The never-ending to-do list.
You keep telling yourself you'll make more time for yourself when things settle down.
Before you know it, another week has gone by.
Little by little, it starts to catch up with you.
You feel more rushed.
More drained.
Maybe a little less patient.
Like there's very little energy left for you by the end of the day.
If this sounds familiar, you're not alone.
And that's what makes this so frustrating.
You've probably noticed what happens after a walk.
You feel a little lighter.
A little calmer.
Like you can handle the rest of your day a little more easily.
The hard part isn't knowing what helps.
It's finding a way to make it part of your week.
Sometimes making it easier is all it takes to finally follow through.
That's exactly why Restorative Walk Club was created.

Imagine if...
Instead of...
"I want to walk more."
Walking became a regular part of your week.
Instead of...
"I never seem to make time for myself."
You had dedicated time in your week that was just for you.
Instead of...
"I know what would help, but I never seem to follow through."
You had a supportive community that made it easier to show up.
Instead of spending another Thursday lunch catching up on work or scrolling your phone, imagine using that time as your weekly reset instead.
What if making time for yourself no longer felt like something you had to fit inβbut simply became part of your week?

How it Helps
The Restorative Walk Club is a weekly virtual walking community designed to make it easier to prioritize yourself.
Because it's often easier to follow through when you're not doing it alone.Β
You don't need another reminder to take care of yourself.
You need something that makes it easier to actually do it.
Research consistently suggests that gentle movement, spending time in nature, and supportive accountability can positively influence emotional well-being, stress levels, mood, and overall health.
Making them part of your regular routine can make them easier to continue over time.
Join other women for weekly walks, gentle accountability, and a dedicated time each week that's just for you.
Whether you spend the time listening to music, enjoying a favorite podcast or audiobook, taking in the sights and sounds around you, or simply enjoying some fresh air and movement, the time is yours to use in whatever way feels most supportive.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is this different than deciding to walk on my own?
You could absolutely go for a walk on your own.
The difference isn't knowing what to do. It's making it easier to actually do it.
It's often much easier to follow through when you've set aside the time, made a commitment , and know other women are doing the same thing.
Sometimes that's all it takes to turn good intentions into action.
What does a typical walk look like?
We begin with a brief welcome at 12:00 PM before heading off for our walks.
From approximately 12:05β12:30 PM, you'll have dedicated time set aside just for you. You might choose to walk around the block, listen to music, enjoy a favorite podcast or audiobook, take in the sights and sounds around you, or simply enjoy some fresh air and movement during your day.
You're encouraged to walk at your own pace and for as much or as little of the walking time as you'd like.
At 12:30 PM, participants are invited to return for an optional check-in before we wrap up by approximately 12:40 PM.
I struggle to make time for myself. Is this still for me?Β
Absolutely. In fact, many women join because they find it difficult to prioritize themselves consistently. The Restorative Walk Club is designed to help women create a dedicated time each week for movement, accountability, and showing up for themselves in a supportive environment.
What if I've signed up for things before and struggled to stick with them?
You're not alone. Many women join because they want support creating a sustainable habit of making time for themselves. The goal isn't perfect attendance. It's having a dedicated opportunity each week to reconnect with yourself and begin again whenever you need to.
Is this a fitness or weight-loss program?
No. The Restorative Walk Club is not a fitness or weight-loss program. The focus is on creating dedicated time for yourself through gentle movement, accountability, and connection.
Do I need to be physically fit to join?
No. The Restorative Walk Club is not about fitness levels or keeping up with anyone else. You're encouraged to walk at a pace and distance that feels right for you. Whether you walk for a few minutes, 10 minutes, or longer, you're welcome here.
What if I can't walk for the full walking period?
That's completely okay! You're welcome to participate in whatever way feels manageable for you. This group is about making time for yourself, not meeting a fitness goal.
Where do participants walk?
Anywhere that works for you. Some women walk in their neighbourhood, on local trails, around their workplace, on a treadmill, or simply around the block. You're welcome to walk alone or alongside a child or pet if that works best for you.
Do I need to be on video while walking?
No, not at all! There is no group audio or video during the walk itself. Video is completely optional and is only available during the brief welcome and optional check-in.
What if the weather isn't suitable for walking outside?
You're welcome to participate from wherever works best for you. Whether you walk outdoors, indoors, on a treadmill, at a mall, or from another comfortable location, you're encouraged to choose an environment that feels safe and appropriate for your weather conditions, health needs, and comfort level.
