Many women spend so much time caring for everyone and everything else that their own well-being keeps getting pushed aside.

The Restorative Walk Club is a weekly virtual walking community that makes it easier to prioritize yourself.

Because it's easier to make time for yourself when you're not doing it alone.

Join other women for weekly walks, gentle accountability, fresh air, movement, and a dedicated time each week that's just for you.


What to Expect

The Restorative Walk Club meets virtually each Thursday at noon (ET).

Each gathering includes:

• A brief welcome and check-in.

• A 20–30 minute walk in your own location.

• An optional reconnect afterward to share reflections, observations, or simply listen.

• Optional access to a private Facebook community for encouragement, connection, and accountability throughout the week.

• A weekly check in email  to help you stay connected and supported.

There are no fitness goals, step counts, or competition.

Investment: $19/month + HST

Founding Member Rate: Join before launch and lock in the founding member rate of $19/month + HST for as long as you remain a member.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be physically fit to join?

No, this is not required. Participants are encouraged to walk at a pace and distance that feels right for them. Whether you walk for a few minutes, 10 minutes or more you're welcome here!

What if I can't walk for the full 20–30 minutes?

That's completely okay! This group is about making time for yourself, not meeting a fitness goal.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens. Join whenever you can. There is no pressure to attend every week!

Where do participants walk?

Anywhere that works for you. Some women walk in their neighbourhood, on local trails, around their workplace, on a treadmill, or simply around the block. You also can walk alone or with a child or pet.

Do I need to be on video while walking?

No, not at all! The video portion is optional and only takes place during the brief welcome and optional check in at the end.
