How We Might Work Together
Every person is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. While conversation and insight are important parts of therapy, sometimes understanding a pattern isn't enough on its own. Together, we can explore body-based and experiential approaches that help you work through emotions, regulate your nervous system, and gently shift patterns that no longer serve you.
Depending on your needs, sessions may draw from Brainspotting, Accelerated Resourcing, somatic and polyvagal-informed therapy, IFS-informed therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness, CBT, positive psychology, strength-based therapy, and other trauma-informed approaches.
Body-based practices
Our experiences aren't just stored in our thoughts—they are also held in our bodies and nervous systems. Body-based and experiential approaches help us gently work with both, supporting emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and meaningful change.
Exploring patterns and releasing blocks
Together, we'll gently explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to what you're going through. Rather than simply understanding these patterns, we'll work toward helping them loosen their grip so you can respond in new ways.
Strengths-based focus
Alongside exploring challenges, we'll also recognize your strengths, build on what's already working, and support the parts of you that are resilient, capable, and ready for change.
What to Expect
I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, understood, and accepted exactly as you are. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your individual needs. We'll always move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
