That’s completely normal—especially at first. Just by showing up, you’re gently retraining your brain to see rest as safe and rewarding. Over time, this can help lower stress, boost motivation, and make calm feel more natural.

🌸 What if I can’t relax or focus on an activity for a full hour?
That’s totally okay! You’re welcome to come for part of the session. Even a shorter amount of time in a calming, supportive environment can begin to shift your nervous system and build the habit.

🌸 What if I’m worried I won’t actually show up?
You’re not alone! Many of us want to follow through on time for ourselves—but life, stress, and guilt can get in the way. The good news? You’re far more likely to follow through when it’s something that’s scheduled into your week, feels supportive, and doesn’t come with pressure to perform or be productive. 

And because these sessions are designed to gently boost dopamine—your brain’s motivation and reward chemical—you’re more likely to feel good about showing up and want to return again.

🌸 Do I have to be creative or good at a hobby to join?
Absolutely not! This is a no-pressure space to explore cozy activities, no matter your experience level.

🌸 What if I have distractions at home (kids, noise, etc.)?
That’s completely okay! These sessions are designed to be flexible and supportive, even if your environment isn’t  quiet. If possible, you might try using earphones or joining from a quiet space like a library, coffee shop, or parked car. 

🌸 What happens during each session?
Each session begins with a quick check-in in the chat. Then, we ease into a simple mindfulness prompt before taking time to focus on our own cozy activities. At the end, there’s an optional check-in to share how it went or simply reflect. It’s relaxed, flexible, and designed to help you feel recharged.

🌸 What if I can’t make every session?
Life gets busy, and that’s okay! Join when you can—whether it’s every week or just when you need a cozy reset.

🌸 Do I have to be on camera?
Not at all! You’re welcome to keep your camera on or off—whatever feels most comfortable.

🌸 What if a month has five Wednesdays?
Your membership includes a session every Wednesday, so on months with five Wednesdays, you’re welcome to join all five sessions at no extra cost!

🌸 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime, and your monthly membership will remain active for the rest of your current month.

🌸 What if it’s not the right fit?
We hope you’ll love the experience, but if after your first session you don’t feel it’s for you, just email us within 48 hours and we’ll refund your payment—no questions asked.
