Youâre not alone! Many of us want to follow through on time for ourselvesâbut life, stress, and guilt can get in the way. The good news? Youâre far more likely to follow through when itâs something thatâs scheduled into your week, feels supportive, and doesnât come with pressure to perform or be productive.Â

Thatâs completely okay! These sessions are designed to be flexible and supportive, even if your environment isnât quiet. If possible, you might try using earphones or joining from a quiet space like a library, coffee shop, or parked car.Â

Each session begins with a quick check-in in the chat. Then, we ease into a simple mindfulness prompt before taking time to focus on our own cozy activities. At the end, thereâs an optional check-in to share how it went or simply reflect. Itâs relaxed, flexible, and designed to help you feel recharged.
đ¸ What if I canât make every session?
Life gets busy, and thatâs okay! Join when you canâwhether itâs every week or just when you need a cozy reset.
đ¸ Do I have to be on camera?
Not at all! Youâre welcome to keep your camera on or offâwhatever feels most comfortable.
đ¸ What if a month has five Wednesdays?
Your membership includes a session every Wednesday, so on months with five Wednesdays, youâre welcome to join all five sessions at no extra cost!
đ¸ Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime, and your monthly membership will remain active for the rest of your current month.
